1. How does teacher isolation at a particular University in Saudi Arabia impact their perception of their work experience?
2. How will the institution of a professional learning community impact the work environment according to teachers’ perception?

Any other word you'd suggest? I see leadership as a major barrier preventing the establishment of innovative technologies such as a PLC from being implemented in Saudi Arabian universities. So I want to discover truly what prevents PLC's from being established. Would "implementation" be a better word?

Okay, so what if I reword it to say:

What are some of the barriers that prevent effective professional learning communities from taking effect in English language departments in Saudi Arabian Universities and what can be done to overcome these barriers?

I want to look at the humility or the lack thereof with educational leaders and it's inhibiting of innovative educational developments. Here is my research question thus far:

Hi all, I'm new to this forum. I am interested in pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership. I am already a certified Building leader but I wanted to finalize my educational attainment with a PhD. I am American, but I currently teach in Saudi Arabia, so I have to go to school online.
I am looking for an online university with a good program to enroll into before Fall 2013. I did some google searching but I'd prefer to hear personal suggestions. Any advice would be helpful.
