domestic disruptions, help!

H

It's tricky because he is like a typical indian male in this aspect. Like my brother barely lifts a finger at home. He's always had me, my grandma, my mum and even my aunt, for a while, to wait on him. Even now he if hes hungry, he'll ask me to make something. If I say no, he will just go back to his room and says he will starve. So I feel guilty and make him something. So I guess I can hardly blame my bloke for being like that when my own brother is pretty bad himself.

I had the same problem when I lived with my two friends last year who both went out to work. I was left with everything to do. I tried the not doing anything myself strategy but it didnt work and I couldnt stand working in such a mess so just ended up tidying again

Also guilty. I'd rather eat what I cook, although this can be used as ammunition on a Friday night when someone needs to nip out to get the Chinese and a bottle of wine!
