This is chinna, i got a small dout, Im persuing my masters at a university in california at present started fall 2013, i want to get into other major in masters n into other university for spring2014. My dout is if i fail in my present course then am i eligible to get transfered to other university iwished?
Please givvme suggestions..

I don't believe you will be able to get a transfer if you fail. People have told me transfers are increasingly difficult to get anyway so you probably have to be doing pretty well to be eligible.
