After completing my MD and moving to a different department, my supervisors refused to support me. I was unable to submit for my MD degree. I have spoken to the Head of the department but have had no help. What should I do?

Speak to someone in charge of postdocs at your university, not someone in your department.

Thanks, unfortunately the postgraduate dean is also the head of department. I am not sure how to pursue this, as I fear I will jeopardize my future career. These guys are nasty!

postgraduate dean also the head of departemnt. so common! I had the same problem. go higher. right to the top if necessary. keep a record of all email communications with your supervisors as back up. Find out what your rights are and speak to people further up. Unlikely you will get anywhere with it by speaking to people in your own dept.
