Journal article-style table, how to produce?

Avatar for Noctu

Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone knows how to produce a 'journal style' table when writing a report - I'm thinking along the lines of this:

... is there an option in Word for this particular format/style?

Thanks (up)

just create a normal table with all the cells you need. Then take off ALL the borders (but make it so you can still 'view gridlines') and then just insert the horizontal borders you need

D

Thanks Sneaks, that's good to know.

you can also right click on your table, and then select 'table autoformat' and customise your table into all sorts of styles!
