I have a score of 253 in Toefl CBT, In GRE: Q(780) verbal(530) I haven't been able to secure admission in any school for the past 18 months. I was turned down by school even in Saudi Arabia with a second class upper from a recognised school. I am intent of studying abroad. I need an advice.
