I m doing M PHIL in mathematics. I need some guidelines about my work..
i also need some address of sites having research papers that can be easily access able. thnx...plz give suggestion

Give us some more SPECIFIC ideas. What area are you working in? Or do you just want research papers in every area of mathematics?

What information have YOU gone out and looked for? Or do you just want someone else to do it all for you?

Your supervisor is the person to ask for guidance. S/he will know the regulations surrounding your MPhil and they vary from university to university, so a forum like this really can't help.
Research paper databases - go to the website of your university library and see what they subscribe to. Many will have pages detailling resources for specific subjects which might also be helpful. If you don't know how to use the databases, then contact your library to see if they can arrange training.

thnx bewildered and DanB for Ur reply...actually my supervisor mostly not present in country..my topic is abt Fourier and Laplace series,he told me that i must be understand about spherical harmonics ,Legendre polynomials and associated Legendre polynomial. now i read all this but still i cant understand how can i mange and present it in a seminar? so i need full guidance like a initial level student of school:-(

I believe that your supervisor haven't explained everything properly to you and/or your research institution/university doesn't have the right resources.
but again if s/he is going to supervise you, then it means s/he have worked in the related area; and will be the best person to guide you, if he is not in country you can contact him by email etc.

last but not the least, your name suggest me that your are from Pakistan, if that is the case, then you can have access to different journals through hec.gov.pk if your university doesn't have access to journals,
