Hi all, and hi mods....

Just wondering if there's anything on the threads right now that qualifies as ads! Persistent pushing of a product, garbed with single sentence intros that are tailor made....urrrgh why does it irritate me?

Hmm. perhaps not worth a separate thread but just thinking aloud...

They very much bug me as well. I was looking for an alert button but there doesn't appear to be one. Ah well...

Yeah, they get on my nerves too. They don't seem to get moderated as fast as they used to, or maybe I'm imagining it. Unless we've got more finely-honed inbuilt spam-alerts than the mods.... and more time to spot them.
