Added edit: I do not think it would be ethical by certain regulations in place for anyone to give you their password. One option to get these would be to email relevant scholars, state your interests and purposes, state the difficulty of accessign scholarly resources in Morocco (if that is the case) and then make a request to read some of their recent work.

hi there! you are the first person (studying bacteria) I've ever come across that asks for login and passwords! Most of microbiology friends know exactly where to get what they are looking for and they always FIND IT!!! Have you visited your university library? You could ask the librarians for help accessing databases of which your university has subscriptions, thats how you get your password by logging in through your own university weblinks.

You could ask your supervisor or your postgraduate tutor.
