It is likely that they will send you a letter. If you are concerned, I would recommend that you telephone and ask a) when you might hear if you have been asked for interview and b) how this information will be passed to you.

I've had discussions with Plymouth in the past. I seemed to remember that they kept emailing me regarding the progress of my application. However, can't remember whether that was PG Admissions or the dept itself. Best to give them a ring.
