I love the sound of the italian and hindi languages. I am planning to learn italian when I grow up (after my thesis).

I should have specifed 'real' languages as opposed to made-up ones. The languages of the Elves and Klingon don't count! :) I do like the sound of Elven as well though.

I don't like American. English is far better.

I want to learn latin.

If I was to learn a new language it would be Italian I think, although I may want to learn french as well. French would be a choice as I can already speak some french, so I have a head start on that.

I don't think I would want to learn German, it looks too hard to be honest, but saying that, Japanese would be very hard, but it would be enjoyable to learn

My favorite is my mother tongue, I plan to improve it after I finish my PhD. Because currently all my life is in English and thus my native language is getting worse and worse.
