I am Awais Javaid and i am from Pakistan.
I am currently doing my M.Phil (equivalent to M.S) in Public Administration.I am seeking for Ph.D in the same field.Can someone guide me for finding supervisor.I am seeking for course supervisor for Public Administration who can accept Pakistani students.You help will be greatly needed,as i have been searching a lot but couldn't find appropriate results.
Further i want to know about the English taught Ph.D programs and requirement for Ph.D in Public administration.
My current credit hours (master's + m.phil) are 80.My m.phil is in progress.

Universities around the world, may not have a PhD program in the exact same title of Public Administration. Depending upon country, you need to check research profiles of academic staff in the Humanities or Management Departments whose work is closer to your area.

As far as funding is concerned, try to do a good thesis and produce a couple of research papers in some good journals. Build your profile, discuss with research staff in your university, look up the Internet and you may well find some suitable resource.
