Nothing for me today, again....

I don't think letters are being sent out on the basis of Uni. I've heard of a few people receiving rejections in my own panel (4) and others in July and one in August so I don't think there is any pattern. Getting bored of the waiting game now there is no excuse for inflicting this torture on us... The AHRC are EVIL!!!!1

I'm so sorry stressed not sure what to say.... I'm expecting bad news too so I'm trying to research other options and its making me feel slightly better knowing that there is a life beyond the AHRC. Take a bit of time out to review your options, I really hope you can continue with your research somehow....

In a really strange place at the moment have gone completely calm for some reasaon. Have convinced myself that bad news is on its way (when I don't know...maybe the AHRC are using a carrier pigeon to send out all our letters!). Couldn't keep up the manic, crazed behaviour forever I suppose, or maybe I'm just going through all the stages of grief at a rapid pace. In this case I've got to the acceptance stage before the death... BRILLIANT!

Nothing for me today. The wait continues......

My postman looks like Jeremy Beadle. Quite disturbing,I keep imagining secret cameras monitoring my reaction when I open the evil letter. Perhaps there will be millions of people watching their televisions and laughing at me... Maybe I should practice my expression in the mirror in preparation. The Oscar loser expression maybe good, you know the one that says 'I'm not bothered, couldn't care less...'

Its a miracle I'm dreaming at all to be honest. Stressed induced insomnia is really kicking in now. At least it looks like we've all been spared TloD for another day at least.Where there's lifethere's hope but if this goes on much longer there might not be that left!

I had a dream last week.... I received a letter saying that I had a 1 in 100,000 chance of funding which would be determined by the Saturday night lottery. The machine was called Henry VIII and each ball was named after one of his wives. Anyway Anne of Cleves got the funding I was gutted.....

Absolutely nothing again today....... Just send the bloody letters!!!
