I just read the article Masters in Brazil by Dr Nathalie Mather-L’Huillier. I am currently in Brazil on a tourist visa and I would like to stay in Brazil to study after. Is there no way for me to apply for a student visa from within Brazil? Could I not just apply at the British Consulate in Sao Paulo?
