Hello there..
Currently I am writing my thesis and my topic is Gender Diversity and Firm performance(or Firm Value)...
I have to decide on my dependent ,independent and control variables ....Would anyone help me please with this issue...I have to use DATA program to do my research....but sadly I have less idea about how to use this program...I will meet my advisor soon,,,,So I have to come up with variables asap....
PS/ basically i have to show if more women directors on the board would affect the firm performance....
