I am currently doing PhD in Turkey. Now I am in thesis stage.

I need ICRG data (International Country risk guide).

In Turkey I have checked all universities but, none of have any access to that database.
I can not afford to buy it by myself. It is too much expensive. I just need Table 3B for political risk (1984-2008).

I made research for it in google. I found the following universities have access to that database. I just need the excel dataset in the following links (Reseracher's dataset).

If you can help me on finding those dataset, I really appreciated for your help.

I am currently pursuing Phd from India in Economics and urgently need the ICRG dataset. Since it is very costly , I am facing the same problem. Did you get access to it through somebody ? It would be really very helpful of you if you can help me with getting this dataset, if possible.
