PhD-How to doit from India?
If you would like to do a PhD by distance learning a number of American universities offer such programmes. We do not know what the quality of such degrees is, but they're easy to find, just search Google for "Distance Learning PhD" and you'll be spoilt for choice. Be very carefull that you are joining a recognised course.
