Hi,
I passed my PhD a few months ago and as I needed the money I had to find a job. I am working in industry but I would say the level of the job is more suited to a masters graduate. My PhD is not from a top university nor do I have great journal papers. How could I enter a research/academic position? Any suggestions please?
