I originate from INDIA. I have completed my M.Sc. in dec 2002 and looking for a Ph.D. programme in european countries. I am also looking for funding. So let me know about this and the possibilities. As from earlier experiences, usually my requests are not acknowledged. please help.

For information on funding try the British Council web site for India. If you can't find projects in your subject area on FindAPhD this is for one of 3 reason:

Projects in your subject area will be advertised later in the year

No departments in your subject area use FindAPhD

There are no projects in your subject area

You will need to visit individual university web sites and look up their chemistry departments if you can't find what you’re looking for on FindAPhD.
