Hey guys,

I was contacting many supervisors asking them if they would accept me as a masters student and got a reply from a supervisor asking for an interview. few weeks later he sent me an email asking if i am interested in pursuing a masters under his supervision and he suggested a cancer related project to work on during my masters.
I submitted an application and completed all the required documents and then contacted him in order to inform him about my updates but he didn't reply. Sent him a second email after 1 week from the first one but still no reply ?!!!! should i worry about this ?!!!! is it possible that he might have taken another student even after he accepted me and suggested a research project ?!!!!

Is it a funded project or are you bringing your own funding?

Do you have any other contact person in the department? Like a post-doc or PhD student who will be supporting you on a daily basis? Contact them instead. Book a visit in the department if you can.
And keep calm, he is just busy.
