Here is the problem: I 'm currently preparing my PhD proposal, which will be submitted in a Greek university (I 'm from Greece). The problem is that the uni doesn't provide any access to ProjectMuse due to financial issues. So I cannot find an article: "Scythian Androgyny and Environmental Determinism in Herodotus and the Hippocratic πϵρὶ ἀϵ́ρων ὑδάτων τóπων" which is essential for my proposal.

So... if anyone can give me access to this article, I would be very very happy!
