I am currently doing PhD in Nigeria. I am in thesis stage presently.

I need International Country risk guide (ICRG) data.

In Nigeria I have checked all universities but, none of have any access to that database.
I can't afford to buy it by myself. It is very expensive for me to purchase the access to the data. I just need Table 3B for political risk (1984-2015/2016).

I made research for it in google. I foundout that some universities have access to that database. I just need the excel dataset in the following links (Reseracher's dataset).

If you can help me find the dataset, I will be grateful for your help.
