Its an innovative idea but i wonder how successful it will be since there is no default payment a Prof gets and moreover you are "on call" 60 hrs. a day!! not a great deal.

Are you sure the payments do materialize after giving services to solve problems? In how many days after solving a problem do you get the actual payment checque?
