Hello , Ok , this might be really naive question. When you apply for a job do you send reference letters to the potential employees when applying? Or you wait until they contact you to send one?

Thanks Blue and satchi, I have voted for both of you,

Just give the names of your referees with their contact information. If they are interested in you, they will contact your referees directly. Also inform your referees about this so they won't get surprised whey they will be contacted. Good luck with your job hunt!
When we apply, we write down the names of our referees, this is sent to the potential employers. They then, contact the referees for reference letters. this is what I went through when I applied for my part time job. sleepy satchi
