Why do you keep posting these random questions?
Ok, so I would say yes, you need to talk about the country to some extent. But I reiterate - you can not copy articles. This is plagiarism and if you are in a UK university, your work will be put through a plagiarism checker and this will be picked up and you will be penalised for it. You are supposed to paraphrase content and structure of information in articles you are referencing.

If you're not a registered PhD student, you don't have a supervisor...
Can't you apply for advertised projects, that will assign you a proper supervisor?
You need to be honest with your supervisor and sponsor. Tell them both what both sides are asking you to do and only agree to work that you can do in the time. Show them your schedule of planned work so they know that you are working adequately.
Is this an undergraduate thesis? "Copying" articles doesn't sound like a good plan, no...
I'm not advising you to quit, I'm just saying that there are only two choices in a situation if you want to "deal" with something that is out of your control: accept it or remove yourself. I like this quote "Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference".
I can't help with the how to accept or change in this scenario.
Tell your supervisor you are only in your first year and it will likely improve with time and practice.
You can also take the initiative and go to writing classes that your university may provide, google writing tips or see if your university provides one to one writing support where someone else can give you a second opinion on the quality of your writing.
I'm not in the finance field and I've never heard of McCombs. Anyone else?
Use punctuation. It's always a good start.
An academic offer of £200k? I better move into the finance field! Pray tell where you will get this?
I actually think I might have deliberately added the wrong thesis title into my CV once because I really don't like the real one.
Seriously, it doesn't matter. No one is ever gonna notice.
Good luck with the job!
Yes, as Nad75 said, he will still have to go through the whole master's submission process, even if the department allows this. He needs to talk to his supervisor and HOD or similar.
