Dear all,
I am an M-Tech holder in Electronic Design and having 8 + years of experience in Industry/Teaching and want to do my PHD in the area related to Electronics in International universities with good scholarships (Germany,UK,US,Japan etc). So please give the advice ,procedures and information of opportunities for the same (or some links ,contacts etc or like).
