Hi all,

Im an international student age 33 doing a phd in CS at an Australian University. I have completed 3 years of the program but still not progressed to phd thesis. My supervisors advised me either to transfer the candidature to Masters or quit. My gut says to transfer as it will be better than leaving nothing. My question is do i have to payback the scholarship I had if I transfer? I held a scholarship from the university (stipend and tution) and will I have to pay for the masters after transfer? I seiusly need advice
