I am looking for a University Student who is majoring in American History, especially in Harry S Truman. I have a handwritten journal that my father kept as Curator for 15 years for President Truman. The journal needs to be taken from his writings to type in computer for future project. This is a huge opportunity as I have many personal artifacts and photos, signed notes and many photos etc. This will need to be done on site in Central Ca. If interested please let me know and I will give more info. This journal was handwritten daily as my father worked side by side w/HST from 1958-1972. My father was HST's Curator and the collection is quite large and in order. Many new fascinating idioms are in the pages along with personal notes from HST. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY to gather historical info that are from first hand conversations w/ HST, all previous living Presidents and future ones who visited, also dignitaries worldwide and many movie stars.
