And so it begins.................................maybe???????????

From experienced 'phders' would cherish sound comments, warning nods and anything else that you wished someone had told you in the very beginning.
Cheers for now

Hi Dibley,

The only advice I can give you is start taking notes and writing down your thoughts from the very first day. Other than that, there are an awful lot of things you need to know but if I reveal it all I will take away the fun of the whole experience. So, enjoy the journey!!!!

O

Don't procrastinate EVER - may save you a couple of years

S

Start writing, start writing, start writing!

Everyone will tell you to, you won't and you'll come to the end of your first year and yell 'why on earth didn't I start writing sooner'

S

never procrastinate. that's definitely a piece of valuable advice to every fresh phder, I take it but i am not sure i can follow it. cheers

O

nobody can follow it. In my experience. I was hoping for them to award me a Master of Procrastination (MPc) but unfortunately they didn't
