Look at the RAE rating of the departments you're interested in for a guide on the quality of research within the department (although good research doesn't always mean good teaching).
Hi Lucy, try out Imperial College MSc in Environmental technology or in Environmental Diagnosis. They are both very good as far as I know. hope that helps, Good luck!
