Hi all. I'm planning to continue MSc in UK that suite my interest. I do not really like courses that more to technical such as Security, Networking or Database but more to courses like System Management,Strategic Information or Project Management. Can anyone suggest me which university offer the best for that type of course? FYI, I'm international student and will going back to my country after finish my master.

Tq for your info. I'll find out more about that. What about MSc IT and Strategic Innovation with Management Studies offered by Kingston University? What about the cost of living in certain parts of UK? I'll bring my family (husband, 3 kids and a maid). So, where is the most suitable place for me?

Consult a league table if you are worried about University reputation. However, make sure the course feels right for you.

Living in or around London will be expensive as an international student. Look at the Kingston web site as I'm sure they will estimate expenses. They probably would not have estimated for having a maid though!
