Would somebody give me information about the admission procedure required in a german university for an MTech degree. What are the necessary entrance tests and what is the language of teaching?

i`m a veterinary doctor i was born in germnay and now i`m in romania.. would anybody help me to know how can i have master from germany specially hannover university??
