Programming problems for 2nd year lab!

B

Help! My supervisor wanted me to programme an experiment for a second year (psychology) lab that's being held on the 22nd. I thought I would have time to sort it all out, but now there's no way that I'm going to be able to get it done. I can't even programme. She's going to be so p*ssed off, and I'm terrified now. ~I've just emailed her to tell her the problems, but I'm worried about what her response will be, particularly as this was a great chance for me to get some data. Why do these people expect you to be able to programme? How are you supposed to learn?!

What does she want you do to specifically? It might be easier than you think.

It seems odd to expect a physcology research student to be able to program.

Well, its experimental psychology, so its not out of the question, but I think the assumption is going a bit far. I have to set up an attentional capture in visual search experiment using photographic stimuli. To be fair, that probably make sense to you unless you are a visual cognition person!

Jeeez, I am very near a panic attack.

She hasn't replied to my email, which I'm taking as a bad sign. But maybe she's just busy.
