Hello everyone!
I'm now doing my dissertation. The topic of my dissertation is to investigate customer experience in the hotel industry.
I'm looking for participants whose age are between 18-34 and have stayed at any hotel(s) within three years. It will take less than 5 minutes for you to complete.
