Dear All,
I am planning to enroll for MSc in either New Zealand or UK, but I don't have a bachelor degree. Anyway, I have recently completed the Post Graduate Certificate with the University of Liverpool. Do you think my PgCert is good enough to enroll for MSc? Please advise.
