I am looking for participants to take part in a survey about general health for my MSc postgraduate project. The initial online survey should take no more than 20-30 minutes with a follow-up survey exactly 7 days later taking no long than 5-10 minutes (more likely less than 5 minutes).

IMPORTANT: You'll be required to provide a telephone number or a Skype username to complete the follow-up survey. If you completed the online survey on a Thursday I will be contacting you the following Thursday.

You'll have the opportunity to tell me the most appropriate time to contact you. Your information won't be passed on to any third party, won't be used to contact you in any other way and your details will be deleted as soon as you have completed the follow-up questionnaire.
