I'm Alessandro 26 y/o master's degree architect. I'm looking for a post-master's degree-graduation course in architecture.
Could you tell me if there are any one-year (or one year and 1/2) courses like that and how are they called? CPDs??
I'm searching something like an italian "master di secondo livello" which can be done after the master's degree.
...i'm a little confused about British university degree system :D

Hi Alessandro, you English is very good! I'm afraid I don't know the answer, but I did find this information (from here http://www.findamasters.com/study-abroad/europe/masters-study-in-italy.aspx)

"Note: The Italian Master's Degree should not be confused with Italian "Masters" (Magistrale specialistica) that are one-year specialist courses which offer a more practical education, notably in professional areas such as law, engineering, education or architecture) but do not give access to further levels of studies (they can be considered similar to Postgraduate diplomas)."

Postgraduate diplomas are ofter referred to as PgDip - is this what you are looking for?
