I'm going to be starting my PhD at Edinburgh University in September, I am going into research in the chemistry department but I am open to any other postgraduates moving into a flat with me. I am currently looking for accommodation I have found a two bedroom flat that I am very much interested in but the letting agent stipulates that two people must move into the flat. Therefore I am in need of a flatmate. The link to the flats are shown below there is a standard two bed flat (both double beds) for £104 a week with all bills included, or a larger 'platinum' flat for £132. I am happy to move into either of these flats so if you have a preference depending on your finances then I'm flexible.
I am a very clean and tidy person and so I would expect the same from anyone who is to share a flat with me. I would of course like to ring/skype with you beforehand if you are interested in sharing one of these properties. If you are indeed interested please contact me as soon as possible.
