Hi. I did my B.tech in Mechanical engineering with 7.55 cgpa in 10 point scale. then i sat for GATE and got very good score and got into IIT guwahati. Then comes the shock. My first year was a disaster and i continued to take some very bad decisions. so after my M.Tech my cpi is below 6 in 10 point scale and no paper. I may get one recommendation letter from my guide. but apart from that, i have nothing. Right now i am trying for a good gre/toefl score. So, my question is, can i get phd in any university?
And i need funding, of course.
