Evenin, can anyone help with this? I have cited a pdf that is only accesible online but isnt a webpage. How do I cite this in biblio? Do I need to put the date it was accessed?

You could google the the title and author to find the website that you got it from. Is it from an online journal or conference paper? You could reference that way if you can't find the website.

yeah I've got the webpage info. No, its not published in an online journal/magazine/conference proceedings or anything. Just a pdf report put on a website by a research group.

It might not be a webpage but the PDF must have a web address. Just cite that, as you would a web page, and give the date accessed.
