Hi, I am very interested in pursuing a Finance PhD in the US; however, my undergrad degree is in Industrial Engineering. I want to gain more background in Finance, what can you suggest, to complete a thesis-based master's degree in Finance first (my personal choice) or take some short courses in Finance?
