I passed my PhD examination with minor correction on 27th/May. But Haven't got the list of amendments so far. I feel a little bit like “been forgotten" . Do you think it 's polite to email internal examiner for the list of amendments(In the VIVA, internal actually told me "nothing would happen in the next few days")?

Yes, I recall being told it's okay to contact the internal examiner after the viva for advice on improvements. You should have been given a list of corrections, but maybe it will be attached to your report.
