looking for a suitable university for phd, plz!

I try my best to find a university where I can study a Phd in curriculum and instruction ( teaching English as a foreign language). most universities do not cooperate because they refer on to website (it's exhausting). as an international student, i will highly appreciate any help particularly in leading me to a reputable university in education. more, funding my study could be an obstacle, so i also very thankful for those taking me to certain acceptable fees universities. many thanks for you all.

Yes it is hard work, BUT its part of the process. You're talking about wanting to undertake a research degree but are baulking at doing a bit of research. I'm not being rude, but its a bit of a contradiction. You may want to think about that.
