Media, film and communications taught masters

C

Where is the best place to study a media orientated masters degree? I am looking at Warwick, Bristol, newcastke, leeds, Birmingham, Lancaster and Sussex mainly. Which are viewed upon highly by employers, which are best for preparing you for entering industry and which are good socially?
Sorry many questions! If anyone could help me that'd be most excellent!

I don't know about courses but having been to Warwick they have some really good Media societies which are easy to get involved with which may provide some good experience/contacts. The radio station has won quite a few national awards and i'm fairly sure the same goes for the paper and the tv soc too. The new SU which is being built at some point is also set to have a brand new media centre as well.

It depends what aspect of media you want to specialise in

Thanx for the advice, I had a proper look of the student activities at Warwick and they do look pretty good, they have their own Record Label??

I'm undecided as to whether I want to look at the more business side of things, creative industries etc or move towards Film, TV and documentary.
