I am a Ph.D student working on molecular mapping of powdery mildew tolerance in sesame. i am facing problem with isolation of genomic DNA from the leaf tissue. I have used cTAB(2x and 4x), also i have used SDS method but i am unable to get the quality DNA. so i would be thankful if anyone can help me in this matter.

I don't currently do this, but in the past I've used ethanol and chloroform precipitation, although this is with quite different cells to yours. Might this work?
