I'm a programme officer for integrated communty based development in Sudan. This kind of programmes are supported by many Int. organistion. Many evalutions were conducted and prove to be a viable approach. I'm intending to do a PhD resarch in this area "Integrated participatory community based development" with focus on particular region in Sudan. I may take examle of one project assisted by an Int. organisation. I need an advice how can I address this (topic, scope of the study, title ...etc

You should contact the international organisations which currently fund your own and similar projects. Also contact relevant academics (search the internet for recent publications).
