Does anyone have any text books they would recommend for starting qualitative data analysis on semi-structured interviews?
I am thinking of using Miles and Huberman - 1994 2nd ed - expanded sourcebook. I understand this text could be helpful for thematic analysis which I wish to use for starting my data analysis. I really appreciate any of your suggestions.

I have used the Handbook of Qualitative Research from Denzin and Lincoln. In it the authors you mention (Miles and Huberman) have written a chapter on data analyis.:-):-)

Those two, Miles & Huberman and Denzin & Lincoln, are pretty much the best ones you'll come across.
