Hello everybody! I'm current new in here so I'm welcoming anybody that currently worked on ScN epitaxial/buffer/intermediate layer on GaN applications or others. Perhaps you can discussed about what technique that you've used to grow ScN and what are the physical characteristics that you can see on ScN (such as colours, appearance, etc). Or anything. Anything on ScN. Looking forward for your replies. Thanks!
