What about trying the local higher education establishments for any academic tutor work? I've just done three years at Sunderland University

Hi everyone.. just found this forum and hopefully someone can give me a bit of advice..

I have been working as a visiting lecturer at a local University for the last three years, having gained a first class under grad degree and an MA.. and now it's time to look at taking my study to the next level.. due to family commitments and my other full time employment, I need a flexible PhD route and must be distance learning.. Is anyone doing this type of post grad research? If so how have you found it?

I have funding for my research so that's not an issue..
