Our media of instruction is English from our Secondary school level to master degree level, either we need some english language course like IELTS or others?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Even UK students need to have a qualification in English Language in order to be accepted at a British University. In the UK this is usually a GCSE in English, which is taken at the age of 16. It may be that you have a similar qualification from your home country.
